It is always great to discover sample sources.When digging in grandfathers record collection discovered a Cannonball Adderley and heard many awesome samples used in many hot hip hop songs of the day. Remembered this excerpt from and began to work up a reinterpretation of "Footprints". Even worked in a variation of the horns sampled in the original. We really felt this came out different than we initially intended but became a standout track to us personally.
